During my tenure, I served in various manufacturing, engineering, and innovation positions, including spending a decade helping build, and lead, P&G's end-to-end supply chain sustainability program. My team delivered some of P&G's early sustainability wins, such as moving our manufacturing sites to 100% renewable electricity and sending zero manufacturing waste to landfill. I was also accountable for the company's cross functional Climate and Carbon Reduction program, including delivering on our commitment to be carbon neutral by 2030. From a personal standpoint I’m both a realist—and an optimist. It’s clear our world is facing some of its toughest social and environmental challenges. Our actions, or inactions, will have profound effects on the future of humanity. There are no easy solutions and no one individual or company can solve these challenges alone. Yet I believe that we, collectively, have the ingenuity, technology, and resources to innovate real solutions. By working together and centering people at the core of our efforts, we can and will create a better future for all the generations that follow. This is my life’s work, my passion, and my purpose. My two sons and over 8 billion people are counting on us to get this right.
