As part of the role, I analysed performance and sales data and implemented several spreadsheet analysis systems that monitored agent performance, tracked absence and reviewed specific reward based targets. My duties included: •Supporting my team's performance and looking for ways to improve it. • Determining more efficient ways of collecting and qualifying data for daily, weekly and monthly reports. • Chairing meetings to give information and take feedback on the most up to date analysis reports. • Identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies for the department. • When appropriate, providing operational cover for absent Senior Managers.As part of my role I was tasked with monitoring and analysing the current system of the businesses productivity to check its effectiveness and then work out a strategy for making improvements if necessary. I would achieve this by managing day-to-day activities, analysing statistics and reading and writing reports. As well as this I was part of a small team who was tasked with the initial operation setup at this location which included equipment installation, recruitment, system testing and coordinating of training and development. My other duties included: • Chairing meetings to give information, take feedback and provide updated analysis reports. • Attending regular progress meetings with Senior Managers. • Identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies. • When appropriate, providing operational cover for absent Senior Managers. • Assisting in the recruitment, training and development of staff. • Solving disputes and complaints in a professional manner and within guidelines.As a Sales Manager, my job was to manage a new connections team to get the best out of them so that they achieved their set targets each month. I had a very successful time within this role, never missing my targets and always delivering over the required KPIs. My duties included: • Supporting each person in achieving their own individual targets and goals. • Maintaining a strong focus on exceptional customer service in line with the department KPIs and communicate progress with the rest of the business. • Continuously reviewing and managing team performance. • Developing staff knowledge through training and meetings, of latest product releases and business changes. • Maintaining cross-channel relationships with all other relevant departments such as Customer Service, Tech Support, Retentions and HR.
