One of the most unique elements of my professional career is being able to outline the path to success for students. Each path is different, but that does not mean that a dream is unattainable. I believe that my strong work ethic, persistence, and determination to achieve all task at hand. I am a highly motivated educator with a strong background of working with students from diverse background. As a college baseball coach, I have developed a sense of understanding for the cultural capital of a college campus, and the needs that students face when entering college. As my career has transitioned into the classroom and advisement, I am able to see first-hand how to serve students in a manner that will ensure success throughout the educational journey. This background has provided opportunities for fostering students success by cultivating belonging, engagement, well-being, and learning.
