In and around those adventures, I answer the call for service on the national stage as executive management on a federal resource Type 1 incident management team. Looking ahead, I am motivated to increase awareness of legacy methodology in adult learning environments far surpassed by what is known empirically. My goal is to further leverage cognitive science, and tech-solutions to drive innovation in adult learning environments centered on performance and continuous improvement.
