I gained qualifications as a Certified Hand Therapist by the Hand Therapy Certification Centre in USA in 2013. Leading me to be one of the most qualified therapists to care for your patient’s hands between Newcastle and Coffs Harbour. My goal is to provide a meaningful difference to patient’s care and outcomes. I am an experienced Physiotherapist graduating from the University of Sydney in 2006 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy. I have extensive experience in both the public and private healthcare sector. I have had the unique opportunity to work with a group of world - renowned hand surgeons treating common and complex upper limb issues including tetraplegic patient’s, nerve transfers and congenital deformities. Jade Webb Hand Therapy can provide expert care to a specialist caseload of both conservatively and surgically managed patient’s with traumatic and elective hand and upper limb conditions. A customised, tailored approach to ensure optimal care is provided for each individual. A critical reasoning approach is applied whilst appreciating individuals needs and concerns. Continuing and improving my knowledge has been essential to providing the most up to date management of hand conditions for my client. Expert treatment in a wide range of upper limb conditions is provided including; • Arthritis • Sports injuries • Work related injuries • Fractures • Soft tissue injuries • Burns • Congenital hand deformities • Industrial accidents • Stroke / brain injuries • Quadriplegia • Brachial plexus injuries When I am not treating patient’s I can found on the sporting field or running around after my three children.
