Proven ability providing evidence-based policy advice through targeted research and analysis on strengthening both formal- and informal justice systems that successfully integrate gender equality and social inclusion, as well as Sector Wide Approaches (SWAP’s) in the Governance and Justice Sectors to senior government- and international development partner representatives and inter-agency bodies. Thought-leader abilities and technical credibility regarding international access to justice, rule of law, democratic governance and human rights policy developments/issues and considerable experience in the design and delivering of Management/Leadership Development learning programmes and training/workshops/study-visits/train-the-trainer in this field. Extensive experience in Public Sector Reform (PSR), Public Sector Financial Management (PFM), Results Based Management (RMB) and Monitoring, Evaluation &Learning (MEL) in a sector-wide context, while also having in depth knowledge of working with Non-State Actors (NSA’s).
