Effectively communicate with employees and upper management while building customer rapport, and keeping the store audit clean.• Book appointments on the computer, check customer’s in/out, take payments, and make sure our customers have a positive sensory experience. • Promote products and other services. • Maintain a clean and functional work environment.• Prepared fresh made to order healthy meals, smoothies, and different types of coffee and tea’s. Pre made meals to go for the open grab bar, and portioned different typed of food and fruits daily. • Handled cash and credit cards at the register, make change and deposits nightly • Promote nutritional products and supplements. • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen as well as daily/nightly cleaning duties to sustain a sanitary food environment.• Meet and greet members as they scan in, handle complaints, take payments, fix; make changes to memberships, know and communicate policies to members, stand for entire shift, high use of computers and paperwork, filing; safeguarding personal information and ensure a positive first and last impression. • Work as a team to get hourly cleaning done in a timely manner, continuously keeping a clean and sanitary work environment. • Cross-promote other classes and/or services provided within the club.
