Before entering the recruitment industry, I spent four years in sales within the competitive realm of online job portals. This experience equipped me with the necessary skills for success in today's business landscape. Deeply passionate about youth development and sports, I am currently a mentor in City University Hong Kong's executive mentor program. Additionally, I serve as a director of the Hong Kong Youth Development Alliance (香港青年發展聯盟) and as a board member of the InspiringHK Sports Foundation (凝動香港體育基金). Besides, I have proudly served as a mentor at the Leadership Institute on Narcotics (禁毒領袖學院) for three consecutive years, contributing to the development of future leaders in this important field. I hold an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from City University of Hong Kong, and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and I am fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
