Draft and modify Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) for processes to be migrated - Migration Project B - Receiving end of a migration project from Singapore office. Streamline/enhanced obsolete manual procedures with automation tools to absorb reduce risk and headcount - Consulting Project A - Invited to take part in a 3 months job-rotation in Japan office to review/enhance/streamline existing tasks and procedures to reduce risk and headcount. Provided ideas and created automation tools for a major system enhancement project. - Consulting Project B - Invited by a sister-team in HK office to assist in the onboarding of a new client and its bespoke standing instructions. Provided experience sharing, IT consulting, creating automation tools, and procedure suggestions - SOP Committee to review existing SOP and standing instructions. Ensure that they are relevant to the latest business environment and that internal teams are adhering to the SOP - Team Manager to provide guidance, and big-picture training to new-joiners on State Street ecosystem, and IT systems.
