THE AMERICAN INDIFFERENCE PROJECT My conceptual series of ceramic sculptures that addresses the current state of American conflict and division over cultural, identity. religious and political issues titled "American Indifference" is available to see on my virtual gallery-website presenting this allegorical series of wood and oxidation-fired ceramic hand-built pieces. I hope that you enjoy the work and are challenged or provoked by the issues that I have explored through the creation of each piece within the collection. Within the website is a one hour interview about my career and my work as a designer, creative director, professor and artist along with a video of the entire conceptualization, engineering and making of the final piece of the collection. All of the profits of sales of this work through our website or through me will go directly to The Jack Sprague and Michael Estes scholarship fund for the purpose of supporting young, developing creative people in all artistic endeavors. Our original scholarship fund was established in 2010 and this website-exhibition will hopefully lead to sales that will increase this fund.
