Some people who know me say I think to far outside the box, however, in my opinion the box is just that, a box. The box prevents proactive thinking and keeps us bound to reactive thoughts and actions. The real world is outside the box. I enjoy troubleshooting and fixing the seemingly non-fixable. My accumulated skills and formal training include, but are not limited to, a solution driven focus on customer service and satisfaction, combined with multiple years of troubleshooting and resolution of issues in a variety of disciplines provides me with a well rounded ability to fix even those things I have little or no experience in. I currently hold an Associates of Applied Sciences (AAS) degree in Information Technology, focusing on System Administration, Computer Security, and Forensics. I also have knowledge and at least a basic proficiency in the use of a wide range of applications, operating systems, programming languages, server platforms and monitoring tools. Specialties: Very good analytical and solution oriented skills, regardless of the challenge. I enjoy learning, and learn extremely fast via hands on. I have not met anyone, I am not able to work with or learn from. This is not a challenge, but based on previous experience.
