Applying the digital twin, using simulation to develop products and process faster, produce right-first-time and paperless to improve operational excellence, moving from batch to continuous processing and collect data, possibly cloud based, apply intelligent big-data analytics to acquire manufacturing and business intelligence valuable feedback to R&D and manufacturing for root-cause analytics and predictive maintenance. Main responsibility is consulting the sales departments as well as customers in pre-sales with digitalization & innovative process automation concepts using Siemens leading technology. In this position, I have a special focus on developing continuous processing strategies for the pharma industry, allowing to produce right-first-time and basis for real-time product release enabled by Process Analytical Technology.
