Ivete Hunt Email & Phone Number | I worked within dentistry as a private practice manager for over 30 years, firstly in an independent family practice and subsequently within a dental corporate from January 2000 when the practice first opened in Clifton, Bristol, until 2013. I saw the growth of the practice from a green field site to a practice offering its patients diverse disciplines from general dentistry to specialist dentistry (implants, endodontics, prosthodontics and periodontics) and therapies from facial aesthetics to osteopathy and podiatry. I also worked as a treatment coordinator for 5 years, providing support for patients before, during and after dental procedures. I joined The Smile Suite private practice at Clifton, Bristol, in March 2013 as a treatment coordinator for patients wishing to undertake Specialist Orthodontic treatment or Dental Implant treatment. One of my main interests is ensuring excellent, friendly, personal and efficient customer service to all patients and the continuing loyalty from happy patients. I fully understand its importance to any business. I was fortunate to receive recognition and won an award for customer care. I was a CQC Registered Practice Manager, a First Aider at Work, as well as Fire Warden/Marshall. I have a university degree in Portuguese Language and Literature from the University of Maringa in Brazil and a teaching diploma. After moving to the UK, I undertook and passed O'level English Language and A Level English Literature exams. I have interests in pictorial art, reading novels, developing more knowledge about computer usage and the internet, continuing to improve customer service, travel, humour, music, antiques, plants and creative cooking. I studied the piano to grade seven standard and still have great interest in both piano and guitar music.
