Sadly after having successfully raised funds multiple times and taken part in an US incubator, the project did not reach the goals we set up for. Currently I am working at Delfi Meedia where I run the IT and analytics team. Where my main goal is to provide my teams with the best tools and knowledge to develop their skills and provide real results for the company. Previously I ran the product development department where my day-to-day work was never the same. From creating marketing strategies for large companies, creating new advertisement formats to analyzing the entire traffic and subscriber base at all the Delfi owned properties. I also managed Adnet Media Estonia, which handles programmatic advertisements for a wide range of channels in Estonia. Adnet is using header bidding, thanks to that channels are making more money from their ad placements. The company is now known as Digital Matters. Other marketing related activities include: Lecturing an online marketing courses at Estonian Business School, both in Estonia and Finland and previously Tallinn University. Starting my own marketing blog, multiple presentations at conference’s and numerous marketing juries.
