Conventional & other techniques such as Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and fiberscope & video inspection, were also performed. • Preparation and reviewing of welding specifications and procedures including interpretation of code/ standard, witnessing of; welding and welders qualification, weld inspection involving various NDT techniques, reviewing and witnessing of Post Weld Heat Treatment parameters and process. • On site inspection, assessments and evaluation of pressurized equipments in the capacity of a API 653 & 510 certified inspector including Fitness-For-Service (FFS) assessment (API 579 for discontinuity such as weld imperfection, cracks, corrosion, weld misalignment, blister, distortion, lamination & corrosion) and remaining life determination & inspection planning. • Condition assessment of refineries and petrochemical equipments and components involving site inspection and investigation, visual inspection supplemented with advance NDT, laboratories investigations and evaluation with relevant codes & practices. • Advisory and consultancy work involving preparation and reviewing of nondestructive testing specifications and procedures. •Field of Experience: Marine, shipbuilding, Oil and Gas (offshore and onshore) refineries, petrochemical industries.
