He also had the experience of teaching undergraduate International Relations Courses at the California State University, Dominguez Hills and at USC as Lecturer in the United States. He has been an international consultant for USAID/Washington, European Union/Brussels, DFID/UK, among others. He is a regular Guest Speaker at the Foreign Service Academy, Dhaka; and at BPATC, BCS Administration Academy, Planning Academy, for the past twenty years. Dr Zaman was the District Governor of Rotary International in Bangladesh during 2012-13.
