J’y enseigne le comportement du consommateur et la recherche marketing, formant ainsi la prochaine génération de professionnels à adopter des approches responsables et centrées sur le consommateur. ------ With over 13 years of experience in studying consumer behavior and identifying insights, I have reoriented my career to focus on sustainability. Driven by a deep desire to contribute to initiatives that have a positive impact on our planet and our communities, I am committed to integrating sustainable practices into all my professional activities. As the Sustainability Manager at Fruit d’Or, I design and lead the company's sustainability strategy. I am responsible for helping the company achieve its goal of increasing its social and environmental impact while creating value for its stakeholders and ensuring sustainable growth. My mission encompasses integrating sustainability into the company’s culture, business model, and strategic decisions, as well as implementing and communicating the sustainability plan. Holding a master's degree in Management Sciences with a specialization in marketing, I also share my expertise as a lecturer at the School of Management Sciences at the University of Quebec in Montreal. I teach consumer behavior and marketing research, thereby training the next generation of professionals to adopt responsible, consumer-centric approaches.
