Learning languages is one of my passions and hobbies and I am excited to extend it now in the service of people eager to up-skill their English. Previously I have worked in the IT Industry in several roles: expert in Strategy and Operational Management, Business Communications, and Program Management. I worn several hats in my IT career: Consultant, Project manager, Operations manager each of them with exciting challenges and learnings. If I could describe a common achievement in all of them, it is “ to bring the best of me and deliver value, and more value around me”. All this experience has taught me that my professional value relies in the following: -I am determined to get the things I propose, I deliver what I promise -I enjoy collaborating with others ((specially with different cultures, time zones and languages))to gain different perspectives to refine strategies -I have ability to align teams towards common goals and KPIs -I believe there is always something to learn, undiscovered things that can make me get interested and passionate about. As part of my search for learning new things, I discovered new ways to collaborate with people who share similar ideals and purpose, this is how I entered the Diversity & Inclusion arena. By leading a Women’s Network I learned leadership from a different perspective, by motivating people from their own heart, walk different ways and get people with them to walk together, definitely very rewarding learning And the journey continues, I enjoy collaborating with the Parenting community, I find value in opening the eyes and showing tools for the community that is interested in making better people for our better future.
