My job is to get to the core of what problems our users and clients have, then build impactful products to solve those needs. As an added bonus, I get to learn a lot about how banks make money and the psychology/behaviors that make a bank successful. And the best part of my job? Building a team of smart and driven people who make decisions driven by purpose.
