ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Planning and implementing of customer changes, based around an ITIL framework • Monitoring and troubleshooting DC and DR Network devices using Solarwind tools. • Implementation of required changes in Network devices by following the change management process deployed in DC and DR infra. • Managing Network & Security devices Routers, Switches, Checkpoint, Fortigate, and Load balancer (F5), WAF (F5), etc. • Configuring firewall rules and providing access to the users as per the user requirement • BIG IP LTM & GTM (F5) Virtual server Pool members Monitor • Monitoring and Screening of Logs of Servers and services on LB (F5), URL mapping details • To detect any suspicious alert/event incident in network devices and block malicious IPs over external firewalls in DC and DR. • Investigating faults in the network and troubleshooting the same and escalating it to higher authority as per requirement. • Configuring the rules on respective firewalls based on the request after getting a proper validation from Network Manager and InfoSec. • NAT & Route Configuration on Firewalls • Firewall troubleshooting in case the access isn’t working for implemented flow. • To log a case with HP, Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortigate, F5 TAC for device configuration, and change related to performance. • Log Analysis of different logs including Syslog, Firewall logs, and Router logs. • Updating network equipment’s to the latest firmware releases and making compliance report as per the requirements. • Network Design, Implementation, and Management of LAN, WAN, and security devices.
