Since being involved from project commencement, my role has also involved the development and subsequent monitoring of appropriate controls and checks. Ultimately, the role involves ensuring that all outcomes are in line with FCA TCF principles. Additional responsibilities include design and implementation of specialised training programmes for regulated sales file reviewers and telephony call handlers. Also, responsible for recruitment across all levels of the business.UK Implementation Lead. Responsible for liaising with senior executives to drive significant business change. Co-ordination of communication plan to senior management and all relevant employees. Responsibility for monitoring and tracking recruitment activity. Facilitation of changes to hiring activity through change governance. Significant involvement in planning and organising workstreams to ensure successful accomplishment of set objectives within Compliance business area. Responsible for recruitment & retention of quality individuals holding the necessary skills & qualifications to service HSBC's high net worth customers. Also involved with the Regional Team in the recruitment and training of Area Premier Managers. Led team to number one in UK based on overall performance within first 12 months. The team retains number one position to date. Coached and performance managed a team of finance professionals resulting in recognition from the business as consistently exceeding targets and expectations, in particular in relation to four team members achieving results in the top 10% in the country. Represented Regional Director at a series of events and internal meetings challenging current performance and implementing new ideas and procedures to enhance business performance.
