As Acting Chef and Manager, I supervise up to 25 staff, resolve all customer service issues, make all required daily executive decisions, work independently, and handle multiple responsibilities and changing priorities within a tight time frame. I apply my knowledge of general marketing, public relations, and communications principles and practices to advise management on how and where to advertise. I was chosen to appear on a promotional video featured on our website. In addition to my communication and management abilities, I offer strong Information Technology skills: in addition to Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign, I know HTML, coding, and website design, and have created my own website. I am determined to succeed in my chosen field and just as determined to live by the principles of honesty, transparency, and hard work.
