I am keenly aware of the requirement for continuous advancement and growth when working in this area, and am always willing to learn and evolve as a coach. Outwith the work place, the discipline I possess as a competitive long distance runner helps build my character in and out of work, and through training and competing I have developed a skill set transferable to numerous aspects of life.
