Iago Ferreira is a I'm a Mechanical Engineer with a graduated from UERJ and a Master's student in Metallurgical Engineering at UFF, with experience in industrial processes, maintenance and management. I attended post-graduate courses in Maintenance Processes, Project Management and an MBA in Business Management. I'm currently specializing in Industrial Engineering to further improve my technical and management knowledge. I started my career in 2018 in the logistics process area, focusing on deviation analysis and management reporting. In 2019, I joined the maintenance area, actively participating in the implementation of planned maintenance and the control of maintenance activities. This experience provided me with a better understanding of maintenance management practices and their contribution to operational efficiency. Since August 2021, I am a maintenance scheduler, responsible for managing maintenance activities. This includes budget (CAPEX and OPEX) and contract management, as well as participation in projects focused on improving working conditions, efficiency, productivity, and safety. Together with the team, I aim to make strategic decisions and implement effective solutions that promote operational excellence. I have developed skills in leadership, teamwork, and problem solving. I am dedicated to constantly seek professional excellence and continuous improvement.
