Dealing with invoicing and using various programmes and raising purchase orders for jobs and stock. There is so much I have learned within being a contract co ordinated. I changed roles within the same company in September 2018 and worked as a planner and scheduler booking in over 2000 jobs a month and looking after 20+ operatives. I deal with clients still on a day to day basis. I moved on from planner and scheduler and wanted to expand my carer path by going into sales so I went for an account manager role for ECMS. Dealing with clients on a day to day basis. I am always looking to better myself because I feel like I can succeed in a wide range of sales and account management roles because I am good at Customer service, face to face meetings, telephone sales, etc. Due to Covid I decided to take a jump into a complete new challenge and left the account managing roll and went to a help-desk leader role. On a day to day basis I deal with engineers to support them on reactive works. Uplift work when it is needed for jobs to be completed. Work with a great support network on the help-desk taking phone calls all day long and dealing with clients professionally as a team. I have recently been promoted to helpdesk manager and done a line managing course to help and learn how to deal with managing people. I overlook how the team are doing support them where it is needed. Have good people skills to build trust and relationships with people. Currently looking after 650-700 reactive jobs a month from start to finish. Pricing up the works to make profit for the business.
