Holly Mayer Email & Phone Number | For a person of such a young age, I would like to say I have accomplished many things. I am currently attending Castleton University at only seventeen years old as a first-year student! My major is Health Science/Pre-AT. I was drawn to this major due to my love of sports nutrition and stretch and conditioning. I have an avid passion for working out! I love to strength train in the gym, however, you may also find me out for a run, on a mountain skiing, or hiking. I live a very healthy lifestyle making sure to stay active and eat healthily! I spent my high school years ski racing with Killington Mountain School. This is where I learned how to strength train. At the time our strength and conditioning coach was Kip Spangler, Kip now works with the women's U.S. Ski Team. Kip has had a huge impact on me, he really opened my eyes to health and fitness. That being said I have furthered my knowledge this year about strength and conditioning. Reaching out to seniors in the AT and Exercise science programs to help me in the gym, as well as working with friends who have similar goals as myself. I hope to continue to learn and gain knowledge about Sports Nutrition and Athletic Training throughout my years in college! Next year I will be leaving Castleton University to study Health and Kinesiology at the University of Utah!
