My current role, where I am leading client side on the development of a large scale, complex active mode infrastructure scheme, has enabled me to develop these skills along with being able to work at a fast pace, proactively manage budgets, ensure resource availability to meet programme requirements and dependencies and gain experience of procurement, commercial awareness and contract management. I also have experience of being involved with the development of successful Business Case submissions. I am a self motivated, dedicated team member with proven ability to lead and develop a successful team, demonstrating key skills and abilities including excellent communication, maintaining motivation, mentoring, conflict management and maintaining positive relationships. I am always open to opportunities to learn and gain wider experience, whilst balancing this with mum duties.
