Formally served as the Associate Director of Operations of the University Center at the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. I am responsible for assisting with the administrative leadership of the University Center facility operations and services. Manages the following areas: Production Services, Custodial Services, Campus Reservations, Building Managers, Campus Information Desk, Conference and Event Services. I formerly worked at Elon University as the Assistant Director of Campus Center Operations at the Moseley Center. My duties included the supervision of all student workers, Camps and Conferences, facility needs, and as the Function Administrator for the University Scheduling System. I coordinated all the schedulers on campus and the resource departments in regards to event services. I also worked on student organization risk management training for events while advising two student groups. My undergraduate degree was in Arts and Communication with minors in Arts Management and Sociology from Bowling Green State University. I worked as a Building Manager and Audio/Visual Technician at the Bowen-Thompson Student Union. I have obtained my Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership-Higher Education and Student Affairs from Eastern Michigan University. I served as a Graduate Assistant for Operations, EZone gaming Center, and Audio/Visual Services for the EMU Student Center Specialties: College Student Development, Facilities Management, Resource 25 and 25Live scheduling systems. EMS Enterprise Scheduling Software, Audio/Visual equipment, organization, customer service, training, inventory, and assessment.
