As a trained teacher in the UK, I was one of the key organizers of the 'In-house English Classes for Refugees and Asylum Seekers at the Welsh Refugee Council in Cardiff in 2008 which subsequently gained recognition by the Cardiff Community Learning Network in South Wales, UK, to become part of the learning providers of 'English for Speakers of Other Languages'(ESOL).
