It performs comprehensive analysis across all departments at all levels of the organization, using revolutionary technology, producing a vast amount of content. Utilizing the expertise at Predixa, this information can be translated into an easy-to-apply, prioritized action plan focused on the identified pain points. This process realizes relevant and focused change that not only improves the inclusivity in the work environment for all employees but can also show increased profitability, all within 20 days. Predixa not only focuses on DE&I initiatives but also advises companies on how to grow and thrive by helping them to identify how to maximize returns from their core products and services, attract and retain talent, manage workforce and procedures, develop innovation, and more. The combination of these two activities is inspiring.
