Advising on compliance with State and Cth emissions and renewable energy schemes, AML and AFSL requirements, NER (both market compliance and generation compliance), CCA and broader trading rule compliance including insider trading, market manipulation and ASX market integrity rules. Advising on major regulatory changes including 5 minute settlement, the retailer reliability obligation and the gas and coal price cap legislation.
