I have a huge passion for travel, science, Quantum Physics, energy work, good food, music, nature, art, creativity, innovation, technology, personal development, mindfulness, movement therapy, laugh therapy, finding and sharing joy, understanding the “why” behind what makes people tick, and cultivating meaningful spaces where people can be their most authentic selves. I’m a trained instructor taught in the art of Lakota indigenous American healing modalities and I’ve guided many through meditations, particularly those recovering from addiction, trauma, PTSD to heal. I’m also a trained Reiki Practitioner located in Austin, TX taking clients in person and virtually. I’m deeply committed to well-being, health, and wellness, and I’m passionate about addressing burnout, communication, community, work/life balance, and fostering a sense of belonging in the workplace.
