Process all member service transactions. • Perform all teller transactions including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, sell gift cards and travel cards, process credit card payments, and perform cash advances. • Maintain current knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and procedures. • Build positive relationships with members, store customers and store employees. • Respond and resolve member’s requests, problems, and complaints. • Collect appropriate documentation and information to open business accounts. • Perform end-of-day tallying of cash vault and cash drawer. • Perform as a team player, creating strong team communication and supporting staff involvement in branch activities. • Balance ATM machine. Process deposit envelops, count and stock canisters and adjust discrepancies. • Assist members on matters involving direct deposit, payroll deduction, and electronic transaction: complete required forms and forward to proper destination. • Gather information for ATM/Debit card and ACH fraud. Complete reports and send to appropriate departments for processing. • Complete documentation renewing certificates of deposits and Individual Retirement Accounts. Assist members and complete documentation of IRA withdrawals, deposits, change requests, etc. • Responsible for ordering and redeeming foreign currency.
