Coordinating with proper channel to get support. Solving problems and communicating solution with the caller. Utilizing multiple supporting/system application to efficiently assist customers and CSC (Claim Support Center) officers. Exercising with caller’s effective verbal communication and etiquette (telephone etiquette) and keenly seeking customer satisfaction. With the concept of “Customer is Always Right “, the call center officer needs to tactfully handle difficult customers who are irate or upset.
