Job Responsibilities (During operation):- 1. To monitor and log process parameters in field and to work as per standard operating procedures .To observe for any leaks and piping condition for probable leaks and report them to Shift In charge. 2. Shift to Shift HandOver-TakeOver of Logbook. 3. Discuss with Shift Superintendent about any abnormality. 4. Sampling. Leak Checking 5. Following SAP Permit System & LOTO Procedure in Plant 6. To Co-ordinate Quality control for collection of sample 7. Responsible for good housekeeping inside and surrounding area of the plant. 8. To decommission equipment’s to carry out maintenance jobs and commission equipment’s after completion of maintenance job. 9. To make preparations and study of Risk assessment to comply with permit procedures to carry out safe jobs in specified area. 10. I can work in any kind of situation and I can handle all kind of my job responsibility easily and carefully. 11. We are working in system followed by ISO 9000, ISO 18000 AND OHSAS STANDARD including internal audits.
