I have the ability to supervise the building process from drawing board to construction site and to coordinate a whole range of building activities. After graduating from university, I joined BIG (Bjælke Ingels Group) Architect for one and half years where I worked on several architect projects including apartments and public facilities. During 2008 - 2018, I worked for the leading international engineering firm, NNE, which is specialised in projects within the pharmaceutical industry. At NNE I worked together with colleagues with various technical backgrounds on high tech lab design and filling plant projects. Under these circumstances, I by then functioned as a coordinator who secures the quality of tasks while fulfilling the requirements of both national and international GMP standards. In 2017, I became a certified IPP Leader, which is based on the international IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) standard. During 2018 - 2020, I joined Buro Happold Engineering where I developed myself as the Senior BIM Coordinator/Line Manager. Together with the talented structural engineers and BIM technicians, we solved the most complex constructing projects ie. The European Spallation Source in southern Sweden, Rabat Grand Theatre by Zaha Hadid Architects, Neurorehabiliteringshus Glostrup, etc. In 2020, I rejoined NNE A/S and challenged myself to work as an Space Manager (Senior Engineer level) where I use the facility design experience, contribute to process and mechanical cross disciplinary coordination. I am often described as a type who is willing to take on challenges and who thinks positively even under pressures. My co-workers appreciate that I always spread joyful spirit and drive social initiatives. My experience as a Chinese-Dane, mastering 4 different languages, lived in different countries, gives me an international mindset, plus strong communication skills.
