Hannah Holt Email & Phone Number | My number one goal has always been to help people. When entering college, I thought I would do this as a nurse. Shortly after starting this path, I realized this was not for me. I wanted to make a difference in someone's mental health and help them navigate their mind rather than physical illness. Once switching my career path to psychology, I found a field surrounded by people who had the same passion as me: helping others overcome their mental battles. Since focusing on counseling as a career path, I have found a job that allows me to assist others in the worst times of their lives. Additionally, I have progressed my skillsets in multiple areas. I have become better with communication, problem-solving, empathy, and patience (to name a few). No matter how poor the outcome of each case might be, I have the understanding that I will come into my next shift to try to make a difference for someone else. While it might seem predictable, I spend my free time advocating for multiple movements. I actively rescue, rehab, and (sometimes) rehome everything from common household pets to exotics to promote animal welfare. Additionally, I assist in multiple groups online to support mental health struggles, body positivity, and so much more. As much as I can, I want to get involved in making the world a safer place for all and bringing awareness to the realities of life. I guess you could say that, in the end, I want to "make everybody feel like they are somebody" (animals included!)
