Hannah Cloeter Email & Phone Number | I am currently a senior at Oklahoma State University studying Nutritional Sciences with an option in pre-allied health. As a student, I want to become proficient in the areas of nutrition and human physiology. To accomplish this, I am currently working on completing my bachelors of nutritional sciences with the future plans of studying allopathic or osteopathic medicine. Several of my goals include teaching nutrition classes, counseling clients on proper diets, and practicing preventative medicine. A long-term goal is to open my own medical practice which provides whole-person care, including nutrition counseling and osteopathic medical care, specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. I have a passion for helping people in rural communities. By traveling to Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Africa, I have had to opportunity to experience the needs of individuals in that area of the world first hand. The great lack of nutrition knowledge and education in those regions has given me a desire to teach the natives how to incorporate nutrients into their diets. I plan to travel back to Latin America soon. To sum up my career goals, I aim to practice as a health practitioner and educate individuals on holistic health, especially those with very limited access to nutrition education.
