In September 2015 I managed the startup of the first lump sum turnkey project in Kuwait and successfully started three months ahead of schedule with the first well delivered within time and budget. This is a two-rig 30 wells campaign. Before that I managed drilling operations and engineering on a 2-rig project on land since Jan 2013 after heading the Well Engineering in the same team in 2012. Through the last three years, we have been breaking long standing records with wells coming in under time and budget regularly.
