Analyze processes for effectiveness and compliance, and provide analyses and recommendations to the PC. Participate in assigned quality assurance, training, orienting, monitoring, and other functions. • Assist Facilitators with oversight of various documents. Maintain all required records in an organized and consistent manner. • Monitor and maintain AFH employee records concerning required certifications/training. • Make regular visits to residents while LIF's and AFH CSS's are on duty. Interact with resident's to verify that their needs are being met appropriately. Consult with staff as necessary to develop and revise strategies and plans for the most effective care and development. • Respond promptly and appropriately to challenging resident behaviors and problems at sites. • Review and approve time sheets, monitor service hours. • Perform financial processes including budgeting and cash management.
