During the same year I released two cook books at two different publishers, #VeganskHusmanskost and #Vegoivärldsklass. It was followed in 2020 by the book Klassiska Rätter På Veganskt Vis. In 2020 we also lauched Jävligt Gott Academy, a company that aims to make cooking courses and strategic support in developing more sustainable and climate friendly food services accessible to all public and private restaurants in Sweden. I am motivated by being part of something bigger and by reaching real results.
