Gulce Akbulak Email & Phone Number | In 2014 ,I start my first job as a software developer at Yapi Kredi Bank in Turkey. Until now, I worked with a lot of parties such as Balance Sheet Management, Asset & Liability Management, Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, Money Market business units. I am responsible for full life cycle development of software from initial requirement gathering to design, coding, testing, documentation and implementation. I worked in the replatforming of ALM Datamart and reporting system as developer lead. In that project, we moved the Risk Management Datamart by using ETL technologies. I am actively using Informatica Power Center, EAGLE ETL tools, and also ERMAS as a reporting and analyzing tool for Risk Management. I always enjoy being challenged and engaging with projects that require me to work outside my comfort and knowledge set, as continuing to learn new languages and development techniques are important to me. I worked with a lot of multinational project teams. I love that I get to learn a lot about my team members' backgrounds and cultures and that we have so many different perspectives and approaches to challenges. In addition to my technical background, I am part of Scrum Master Program. We are working agile transformation of the bank. Periodically, we attend a scrum master committee meetings. We debate how we can raise the awareness of agile methodology in the organization and how we can deal with the problems that we face after an agile team rolled out. I have also Professional Scrum Master Certificate approved by Scrum.org, and I am working in a scrum team as a scrum master for 2 years.
