Direct reporting to Albea CEO in connection to shareholder PE Sun Capital, then PAI. • Guillaume started his career in the United Kingdom with Saint-Gobain Pipe division within a newly acquired unit where he restructured and lead the turnaround of a manufacturing site producing cast-iron products. • After 3 years, he joined in Paris General Electric Medical System as a Six Sigma Black Belt focusing in supply chain optimization and transfer of activity to develop eastern Europe operations. • In 2005, he rejoined Saint-Gobain in the United States in the packaging division of Calmar where he prepared and coordinated the sales of Calmar to MeadWestvaco (business that got sold to Silgan in 2018 to become Silgan dispensing). He also led key strategic initiatives for the CEO, including a major strategic investment in Asia. After MeadWestvaco acquisition in 2006, he relocated to Shanghai during 4 years to lead the Asia Pacific Region, focusing on the construction of a new plant in China and the development of new business for the region, both for dispensing system and paperboard folding boxes, servicing mainly the Personal Care market. • In 2010, he relocated to Switzerland to lead MWV Beauty & Personal Care business for both Europe and Asia and starting 2012 on a global basis, with a strong commercial focus on business development. • Guillaume holds a MBA from Harvard Business School (2005) and graduated from Ecole Nationale des Ponts & Chaussees with an industrial major performed at the Technische Universität München.
