My research interests lie at the intersection of organization and values work. Recent work I have done draws on investigating the relationship between emotion and values work, institutionalizing processes and remembering activities to maintain and change organizational purposes, methodology for researching values as well as moral agency development. I have had a particular focus on faith-based organizations with attention to marginalized groups. My research has been published in the Journal of Business Ethics and Journal of Management, Spirituality and Religion and Management & Organizational History and other international journals. Additionally, I am the co-editor of two book on Understanding values work and Researching values published by Palgrave. A forthcoming book titled: Giving voice to values-based leadership. How to develop good organizations through work on values, is planned to be published at Routledge December 2023.
