This skill will define how you succeed at any position in any industry. Throughout high school, college, and my working career I have been a team-oriented person. Being empathetic, learning how to help, and applying my skill where needed to get the job done successfully should be paramount to all skills. Throughout my time with Paramount, this skill has defined my relationship with my coworkers and started a successful career. Each person, company, and project is different. Therefore, adapting, facing each new challenge head one with open mindedness, and personalizing how you approach each situation is key to how I work and who I am. I worked a number of jobs throughout high school and college that all helped shape me into the person I am today. NAPA Auto Parts, a retail salesman at a surf shop, a wood worker building furniture to mention a few. I most definitely did not enjoy and revel in the success of counting car fuses in a NAPA Auto Parts warehouse for hours, but these jobs honed my drive to something greater. They also showed me the wide variety of people that make up our communities and taught me to rely on them when my knowledge faltered, disregarding where they came from.
