Previous experience recruiting for a Fortune 100 company, including hiring, coaching and developing talent. Independent worker with proficiency in handling both high volume and complex candidate searches, developing prospects into candidates, managing trainee level recruitment and partnering with management through the recruitment process. Additional experience in undergraduate and graduate programs with recruiting and counseling peers. Further skills include: •EHR System and Tools - Cerner Millennium, Bedrock Build Tool and Explorer Menu Reporting - Allscripts v11.1.7; CQS PQRS Channel •HRIS Systems - Taleo/ENCORE/eRecruit/Peoplesoft •Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite software •Strong research and computer-based skills, proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite software •Behavioral Interviewing
