I Observed test set to evaluate reception and determined cause of faulty reception. I answered all of the customers' inquiries and complaints and explained cost and operation of their cable service. I had to Report all unauthorized use of cable system to Communications Electrician Supervisor. Kept a Clean motor vehicle, and maintained tools, and tested equipment
