Greg Jenks is a • Credentials in New Testament Studies, specializing in Pauline Christology and in several sub-disciplines including Greek grammar, exegesis, hermeneutics, intertextuality, NT backgrounds, and biblical theology. • Broad teaching experience in biblical study topics, including general Bible and New Testament survey, philosophy and Pauline theology. Demonstrated competence in lectureship in Christian and secular settings. • Highly experienced teaching all levels of Koine Greek from elementary grammar and syntax to exegesis and Bible translation for linguists. • Strong background in research with publishing in the area of Pauline theology and New Testament backgrounds, and substantial experience in teaching research methods and thesis supervision at undergraduate and graduate level. • Noted for academic rigor, creativity, integrity and skilled collegial leadership. • Diverse and extensive career overseas principally focused on Europe and church, college, and military ministry in northern Italy, but additionally to Asia, Middle East, and Central America. • Proven cultural adaptability at leadership level in a wide range of mission activities and outputs. Within the discipline of New Testament studies, I have focused on Pauline theology. I have a vivid interest in NT theology, hermeneutics, textual criticism, and NT backgrounds. My teaching receives very high student ratings.
