I engineered overhaul kits, upgrades and create bills of material to meet the customers specifications and expectations. My current responsibilities of Component Design Engineer require me to design, model and layout blade, vanes, casing and other highly technical hot section components of the power turbine using NX and Teamcenter. I am also technical lead for other power turbine project for new units and aftermarket. High proficiency with manufacturing methods and technics. Also knowledgeable with thermal analysis, component stressing and lifing, rotor dynamics and hydrodynamic bearings.
