My most recent departmental responsibilities comprised: finance, HR, Estates, IT, MIS, exams and admissions. In my role I deputised for the Principal and CEO and also acted as Principal and CEO during a period of maternity leave. During his time at The Windsor Forest Colleges Group, I played a lead role in planning and successfully delivering a 31 million transformation of the estate which included several capital grant funding applications for circa 10m. In 2017, I played a key role in a complex and successful college merger with a sixth form college to form The Windsor Forest Colleges Group. In 2021-22 I had a pivotal role in the planned merger with Berkshire College of Agriculture, which took place in August 2022.
